1. Scope
This policy covers individual paid subscriptions (Pro and Premium). Institution plans follow the refund terms in their order form or agreement, which prevail over this page.

2. 7-day refund window
Individual first-time paid subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of the first payment, provided the subscription has not been substantially used — that is, the month's AI tokens are largely unconsumed and no premium certificate has been issued.
3. AI tokens
AI tokens are consumable. Tokens already consumed are non-refundable, and unused monthly token allowances do not roll over or carry a cash value.
4. Annual plans
For annual plans, a pro-rated refund may be considered within the 7-day window if the service is substantially unavailable due to our fault. After meaningful use, annual plans are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Institution plans
Institution and custom plans are refunded per their order form or agreement. Once teacher seats are assigned or activated, institution fees are generally non-refundable.
6. Failed or duplicate payments
If funds were deducted but your subscription was not activated, or you were charged twice, we refund the affected amount in full after verifying the transaction and webhook records.
7. How to request a refund
Email support@ai-saathi.in or use Dashboard → Support with your order ID. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
