1. How to cancel
Individual subscribers can cancel anytime from Dashboard → Billing. Institutions cancel through their institution administrator or as set out in their order form.

2. Effect of cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which the plan is not renewed. Cancellation on its own does not trigger a refund — refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.
3. Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date shown in Dashboard → Billing.
4. Institution cancellation
Institution plans are cancelled per their order form or agreement. Seat and shared-token access ends at the end of the paid term unless the agreement states otherwise.
5. Your data after cancellation
After cancellation your account and generated materials remain accessible under the applicable plan until you request deletion. You may request erasure of your personal data at any time under the Privacy Policy (DPDP data-erasure).
6. Relationship to the Refund Policy
This Cancellation Policy governs how and when a subscription ends. Whether any amount is refundable on cancellation is determined solely by the Refund Policy.
