The agreement between you and IT Break Com Pvt Ltd for use of the AI Saathi platform.

By creating an account or using AI Saathi you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. AI Saathi is operated by IT Break Com Pvt Ltd. If you use the service for a school or institution, you confirm you are authorized to bind that institution.
You must be an adult (a teacher, school staff member, principal, or parent, or an authorized institutional user). Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
AI Saathi is an AI-SaaS platform operated by IT Break Com Pvt Ltd (registered office: A 118, Level IA, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301), providing AI tools and AI-token subscriptions to teachers, schools, principals, and parents.
Features include AI tools that generate teaching materials, AI-token metering, certification courses, and institution workflows.
Features are organized into tiers (General / Basic / Advance / Premium). Paid plans unlock higher tiers and larger monthly AI-token allowances. Token costs per tool are shown before use.
AI tokens are consumable units of usage that reset each billing month and do not roll over or transfer. Subscriptions renew per the plan terms until cancelled — see the Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
Use the platform lawfully and professionally. Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, plan/tier limits, token metering, or payment; do not enter students' personal or sensitive data into AI tools; and do not generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, security risk, or non-payment.
AI outputs are drafts and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and adapting all generated materials before classroom or official use.
You retain rights to the inputs you provide and the materials you finalize, subject to the providers' terms.
The platform, courses, and templates are owned by IT Break Com Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use them for your teaching or institutional use.
Payments are processed by Razorpay in INR. Invoices are issued by IT Break Com Pvt Ltd (registered in Uttar Pradesh); applicable GST/taxes are charged per the final invoice rules. You authorize charges for the plan you select, including renewals until cancelled.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. How to cancel and the effect of cancellation are governed by our Cancellation Policy.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that AI outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose, and AI Saathi does not claim any government or board approval.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, liability, dispute resolution) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause below, the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to applicable consumer-protection rights.
The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith. Failing that, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator; the seat and place of arbitration shall be New Delhi; and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
We may update these Terms and will update the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
